The "Charlette Blouse" comes in sizes 12 months, 2 yr, 3yr, 4yr, 5yr. 
This blouse is loose and flowing.  It has elastic gathering at the neck for a loose comfortable fit. 3/4 sleeves with elastic gathering as well. 

We will be making a limited number of this design for our fall line.
The "Charlette Blouse" will be available in three different fabrics and three different choices of applique.  More photos will be added soon.
